Back at the Timaeus Sect, Xachary slowly regained consciousness with Gladwinʼs help.
Xacharyʼs face was drained of color. It was as though he had suffered severe injuries.
“What happened?” A deep frown drew Gladwinʼs brows together. “How did you sustain such serious injuries?”
“Iʼm not sure.” Xachary heaved a deep breath. “The clones I’ve sent to different parts of the Daemon Prison havenʼt encountered any enemies like the Dark Heavenly Path. My Zen has remained in the Timaeus Sect all this time as well.”
Gladwin arched a brow. “Could it be your daughter?”
Xachary met Gladwinʼs gaze. “No. She hasnʼt taken a step out of the Timaeus Sect. Sheʼs only on the Yuraeceon Daelm Rankʼs Third Tribulation. Moreover, she didnʼt hurt herself.
“However, I had this strange feeling of deja vu when I got injured. A part of my Zen got this feeling that I had just fought you know who. I felt his curse magic.”
“Franciscus?!” Gladwinʼs eyes bulged. “That canʼt be right. Heʼs been dead for a lo
