James scanned his surroundings. Every plant in the region had long shriveled to death, caused by the adverse effects of Demonic Energy.

James asked puzzledly, “How weird… Why is there Demonic Energy here?”

Delainey chimed in, “I can sense terrifying power in this region. Let’s turn back and search elsewhere. It’s not worth risking our lives for this.”

Henry nodded in agreement, saying, “We should search somewhere else. Mount Walvern is huge, after all. We don’t necessarily have to search this place.”

James nodded. “Alright then, let’s turn back.”

The three decided against heading further. Instead, they changed course and searched elsewhere.

After leaving the place, they flew full speed ahead in search of powerful monsters.

Soon, they entered a marshland.

Black bubbles rose, and some black fumes flew out from the marshland where many beasts crawled, including some venomous snakes of different sizes. Some were as big as a thumb, while others were several meters long.
