The winds all around Bearfinn hill had become a physical force and howled like a billion banshees were at work.

Like malevolent beasts, the dark manifestations swarmed onto Benjamin from his front, back, left, right, above, and even through the ground.

There were too many serpent-like creatures to count, rippling and distorting their way through the very air.

Among them was Benyamin, somewhere hidden.

It wasn’t Neel, who had a sharp smile but an easy laugh.

This was someone else.

Someone twisted and dark.

Benjamin unleashed silver aura all around him like a gust of wind, which began to not just repel the demonic forces but even burn them into vapors.

But there were still too many of them.

The more he destroyed, the more kept popping up.

“Neel?” Benjamin asked aloud. “I know this isn’t how you wanted us to fight. Show yourself!”

His shout seemed barely a whisper, losing its potency in the winds’ lament.
