CHAPTER 661

Benjamin rushed over to the dog cages, making Rebecca wonder what he was up to. She normally stayed far away from the dog cases because she didn’t like the smell of the dogs or the cages, but she realized that something was wrong. So, she came a little closer to observe what was going on.

All the dogs were bleeding from their mouths and noses. One of the dogs had its eyes completely turn red as if something badly hurt her.

“W-What happened to those dogs?” Rebecca asked. “Did they fight each other?”

“No,” Benjamin’s voice was serious. “Glass pieces got into their skin and mouth.”

“Huh? Why would they mess with glass?” she wondered.

“They wouldn’t,” Benjamin looked around and eventually found the bucket. He saw that glass was mixed with the meat chunks. “Someone mixed glass pieces with meat before feeding it to the dogs.”

Rebecca was utterly shocked. “No way. Who would do such a thing?”
