AFTER HER conversation with Mona, Daphne went to the restroom to calm herself down. She washed her hands, fixed her make-up, and breathed heavily as she stared at the mirror, forcing a smile.

“She had the guts to call me a bitch? Hah.” Daphne snorted as she fixed her pouch and placed some strands of her hair to the back of her ears.
