TOMORROW morning, as August had expected, there were tons of reporters in front of the Remington mansion, hoping that August would be there so they could have him for an exclusive interview.

“Why would you escape here if you can walk through the front gate?” Sapphire asked, her forehead creased as August knocked on her door out of nowhere. “We have guards. They will not let you get harmed, and they will protect you from those nosy reporters.”
August smirked as he snapped his neck and stretched his arms. “Because I don’t want to deal with them. And what is the purpose of your secret escape route if no one will use it?” he asked in a playful tone.
