The kid was still crying no matter how hard his mother comforted him. He was obviously scared by Deirdre, and the woman flew into a rage. “What the h*ll are you doing here? Deirdre felt hurt, as if someone had stabbed her in the heart. She forced the pain down and apologized to the woman.

However, the woman refused to accept her apology. She shouted, “Get the h*ll out of here! My kid is going to have a nightmare seeing your face!”
