"Aren't you worried?" Lisa asked. "This can’t go on. Cynthia is already twelve. In a couple of years, she might start dating."

"I am worried, but I don't know what I can do," Serenity replied.

"Have you considered taking Caden to a psychologist?" Lisa suggested.

"We’ve tried, but Caden is very resistant, so it hasn’t been effective," Serenity explained.
