Serenity sighed with concern.

"What’s wrong?" Jackson asked.

"I just hope that Morris and Jacqueline can truly be friends and that their relationship won’t be affected by his parents' actions in the future," Serenity said.

She genuinely liked Morris. He seemed like a pure and kind child.

"Alright, stop worrying about the kids. You should be thinking about me instead," Jackson said with a hint of jealousy. He didn’t want his wife to be constantly troubled by these concerns.
