Lucas came out of the room wearily after nearly two hours.

In order to get Estie to give him a little response, he had tried every trick in the book but to no avail.

"How is it?" Byron asked nervously.

Lucas shook his head. "Estie has completely closed herself off and is unwilling to communicate with others. She’s resistant to me as well. It’s probably because of a major trigger. We might be able to remedy the situation if we find the source of the trigger."
