“Desmond, over here!”

Stephanie waved toward a man and gestured him over.

She wanted to show off her boyfriend to Shawna and Dustin. That way, she would be able to hurt Shawna and feel even superior to her. It would fulfill her fragile ego.

Dustin could not help but raise an eyebrow when he saw the man walking toward them.

Shawna noticed Desmond as well, and her expression turned strange.

She remembered when all those important people had come to visit Dustin. Some of them had brought a retinue with them, and Desmond had been one of the underlings among them. Desmond had not even dared to look up at Dustin back then.
