That evening, at the end of a workday for Creative Arts Corporation, Shawna was driving her car out. She stopped at the security booth for a while.
Poking her head out, she said, “Let’s go, Dustin.”
“It’s not the end of my shift yet,” Dustin said.
“It’s fine. Let’s go.” Shawna looked indifferent.
After experiencing what happened today, she did not know how she should behave with Dustin.
Dustin was the leader of Star Tower and commanded all sorts of powerful people. But he was working as a security guard for Shawna.
Shawna could no longer treat Dustin in the same way she had before.
Ever since Zion Larson had visited, Shawna’s attitude had started to change.
Although she did not show it, Dustin still felt that she had gotten more distant.
Shawna was not the sort of person who sucked up to those in power.
Maybe it was because she felt that she was inferior, so she was distancing herself from Dustin.
Dustin did not think he should mention anything about that.
