Most of the people who participated in the operation don’t know either. That person never showed his face. We only know that the order was passed down through the ranks. We don’t even know who exactly gave the order and who led everyone through it.

“Many of the people who took part were drawn in by a bounty post on the global black market. We received a notification and gathered in one place before doing what we needed to do.”

Dustin narrowed his eyes.

The mastermind had acted with caution.
