Alex looked toward Sheila, who smiled and greeted him.

Terence also greeted him politely.

Alex took a sip of tea. Since he was unfamiliar with Mike and lacked knowledge about renovation, he was unable to join in on the conversation yet. Only Mike and Marvin were talking.

Ultimately, Alex stood and went over to watch Sheila explaining practice questions to Terence.

However, Terence was frowning and did not seem to understand.

Seeing his frown, Sheila said dejectedly, “Do you still not understand even after I’ve explained it to you three times?”

“I couldn’t really get what you said, Sheils. It feels very complicated.”

“These two questions are complicated. You wouldn’t need my explanation if they were simple.”

Terence had good academic results. If he maintained his level, there would be no issues entering a good university after taking the college entrance exam. However, he was still lacking if he wanted to aim for the top universities.
