The following morning, Jussara was walking through the garden, enjoying the fresh air while doing the light exercises recommended by her obstetrician. But suddenly, she felt her heart race. A slight dizziness bothered her, and she began yawning repeatedly, as if sleep had unexpectedly taken over her body.
