Harvey left the building a few minutes later, his hands behind his back.

As he was leaving, Lanny stared at him with narrowed her eyes. After he left, Samuel appeared in front of her in the building.

"So?" he asked curiously. "Did you achieve your goal after I let you meet Harvey? Do you think you can use him for your revenge? Do you think you can make Dan regret the fact he abandoned you?"

He then picked up a cup of tea from the table and took a sip as he continued casually, "Unfortunately, even I can't use someone like Harvey. Do you think a prisoner like you can use him after meeting him just once?"

Lanny glanced at him. "You wanted to use Harvey to cause chaos in Grand City too, didn't you? Otherwise, you wouldn't have let me see him. But… After seeing him, I believe both you and I will be disappointed."

Samuel looked at her, curious. "Why did you say that?"

"You want to use Harvey to drag Grand City down from its throne. I want to use Harvey to make my vengeance a reality.
