Many people in gray robes were gathered together. They looked as if they were waiting for something.

As soon as Harvey showed up, the people who were pretending to sip tea instantly shivered and almost sprung off their seats.

Harvey looked curiously at these people.

He realized that the bustling hall was completely empty; he wasn’t sure if this was intentional or not, either.

If it weren’t for the people in gray robes, he would’ve thought that he was in an empty city.
