Adrian smiled calmly and said, “What’re you talking about? Since you came in with me, we’re allies. We’ll need to support each other as we walk this path together.” He already considered Tyron a friend and treated his friends accordingly.

Tyron felt a wave of guilt wash over him. From the beginning until now, he hadn’t been able to help Adrian much at all. In fact, it was Adrian who had constantly assisted him, making Tyron feel somewhat useless.

“Don’t overthink it. Let’s keep moving forward. When we come across something good, I won’t hesitate to claim it,” Adrian encouraged.

“Of course, Mr. Adrian. Your strength is well-deserved. I’m just riding on your coattails. All these treasures should be yours. I’m only tagging along and picking up scraps,” Tyron replied awkwardly. It was indeed how he felt. Ever since he started following Adrian, he sensed he had no real contribution to make, merely benefiting from Adrian’s efforts.
