Zachary was silent for a moment before he said, “In a few years, when our Lil' Pie starts school, her grades will be excellent, too. Everyone in our family has a high IQ.”

Serenity laughed. “Lil' Pie is just over a year old and can’t even speak clearly yet. Whether she’ll do well in school in the future, I can’t say, but grades aren’t the most important thing. I just want our children to be healthy and safe.”
