"I can't explain everything. I'm at the car park in Grand City's Central Business District! Please, save me!" Mrs. Hoffman begged. Harvey could hear the fear in her voice.

While Harvey didn't know what had happened, he knew that if it wasn't because she was already cornered, she wouldn't have asked a stranger for help.

Very quickly, he drove into the car park and parked at a relatively hidden corner. Once he got out of the car, he put on a face mask. Opening the door, he saw a few men in black forcing a woman in a traditional garb into the corner.

They held a cigar in their hands, huffing and puffing. They would even snicker perversely. A few security guards handling the safety of the car park weren't that far away, but they stood far away in the corner, too frightened to look.

From that alone, it was obvious that these men in black's status must be quite high.
