Did they announce Ella was kidnapped by the prince? Where did Ella come from and who is behind Ella getting pregnant?

Karen HaugenThe chapters are wonderful love scenes but the intensity of the suspense story line is fading. Chapters are much shorter now :( most authors are posting 3-4 chapters either each day or every other day.
