Adrian gritted his teeth as he spat out that last sentence.

Everyone looked up toward the sky. Did this Destroyer actually exist? Everything that had happened so far seemed unreal, and the crowd was still confused as to why any of this was happening. What went through their minds now that they were being told everything was caused by the Destroyer?

"What should we do now, sir? Is there still hope for us?" someone asked in a trembling voice.

"They can come back?" someone excitedly asked.
