Andrew frowned and said, "I already told you—the East Side isn't getting developed. You've been in business long enough to be wary of such promises, Christina. Since when does investing a few million guarantee returns in the hundreds of millions? It sounds too good to be true because it is."

Leroy added, "Christie, why are you even listening to him? Harvey wouldn't trick you."
